For Monkicon Networks third party’s copyright it’s priority, and it is our duty to respond to all notifications and warning about copyright infringement. Once we received any copyright warning, Monkicon Network proceed to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or adopt further action that we consider appropriate, including disabling a user’s account. Monkicon Network will attempt to contact the party that posted the content so that they may make any statement they deem appropriate according to applicable regulations.

If you believe that the party publishing the allegedly infringing material is a repeat publisher, you may provide to Monkicon Network with relevant information to verify and take appropriate action. If any of the above requirements is not fulfilled, the copyright infringement notification may be invalid.
